Beef Experience

The Beef Experience is one of our flag-ship projects aimed at exploring the different cuts and cooking methods presented by beef. We love exploring the flavours of each cut as well using smoke, Himalayan salt blocks, slow-cooking and other methods to show how the entire cow can be prepared. Groups can book for an event either on site at our built to purpose Demo-Kitchen, or off-site at a place of your choosing. We love learning about, and tasting beef together and can customize each function to your specific requirements. Butchers, Chefs, Grillmen, Bartenders and Waiters are all on hand to ensure that your function is successful and delicious.
